Partial Coordination

  • 4 – 6 in person consultation meetings throughout the planning process
  • Support in creating unique ideas to personalize the event
  • Assist with choosing vendors such as: Florist, officiant, photographer/videographer, caterer, rental companies, lighting, band/DJ, stationery designer or calligrapher, hair and makeup stylists, tuxedo rentals, wedding gown and other necessary dresses
  • Negotiate, finalize agreements and act as liaison/main contact with vendors
  • Help secure accommodations for out of town guests and negotiate room block rates
  • Help with invitations and wording, as well as RSVP management
  • Put together wedding weekend itinerary and maps for the guests
  • Manage all rentals
  • Help customize menus and bar selections
  • Help with locating, timing & transportation for you and your guests
  • Create a timeline for the week of the wedding for bridal party and vendors
  • Set up and breakdown of any personal items
  • Pick up gifts and deliver to residence the following day
  • Coordinate rehearsal, ceremony and reception
