This package is to assist the event host in designing and planning a party. We orchestrate all the details and let you mingle and enjoy your guests.

  • In – person consultation meetings throughout the planning process.
  • Help plan a budget.
  • Venue research and coordinating contract.
  • Use your visions to design event concept, themes and décor
  • Negotiate, finalize agreements and act as liaison/main contact with vendors.
  • Assist with choosing vendors such as: Florist, photographer/videographer, caterer, rental companies, lighting, band/DJ and printers.
  • Help secure accommodations for out of town guests and negotiate room block rates.
  • Help with invitations and wording, as well as RSVP management
  • Put together event itinerary and maps for the guests.
  • Manage all rentals
  • Help with locating, timing & transportation for you and your guests
  • Create a timeline for the week of the event
  • Set up and breakdown of any personal items
  • Coordination of event timeline
